Your Role as On-Call Staff

Based on your interests and experience, you’ll work in one of the following areas: service, kitchen, dishwashing, housekeeping, or reception. You enjoy taking initiative, stay calm when things get busy, and love working together in a professional, upbeat team.

You’re flexible and help create a memorable stay for our guests – whether that’s during sunset dinner, a fresh early breakfast, or a smooth check-in.

Who You Are

You’re energetic, social, and ready to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy working in hospitality and are eager to learn. Experience is great, but not required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You’re available on a flexible basis, including evenings and weekends, and preferably live near Bloemendaal or Overveen.

What We Offer

We offer you a flexible contract under the Dutch hospitality collective labour agreement (KHN-cao). For a full-time contract, that means 38 hours a week and 25 vacation days per year.
