In our compact kitchen, you’re responsible for preparing dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You work with fresh, daily produce, keep oversight during prep, and contribute to beautiful plates with every detail in place. Together with the kitchen team, you help develop new dishes and contribute ideas for seasonal menu updates.
You monitor quality, work precisely according to HACCP guidelines, and keep your station clean and well-organized. At the same time, you know when to pick up the pace and how to collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service – even when things get busy.
You’ll work under the guidance of our head chef and F&B Manager, an experienced Michelin-starred chef, who will support your growth and give you room to develop further.
You have completed a culinary education (SVH level 2 or 3, or equivalent), possess a refined palate, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You work in a structured way, stay calm under pressure, and keep your cool during busy shifts. You’re naturally flexible and enjoy working different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
You have HACCP experience or are willing to get certified quickly. And maybe most importantly: you enjoy cooking and find satisfaction in happy guests and good teamwork.
We offer employment under the Dutch hospitality industry (KHN) collective labour agreement, with a full-time workweek of 38 hours and 25 vacation days per year.
